Is there a minimum parking contract?

No. We don't have any minumum parking requirements, just month to month. We do ask for a 30 notice when you plan to leave.

How can I pay?

We provide flexible payment methods. You can pay by check, credit card, debit card or ACH.

What do I need to do to reserve a spot?

Just contact us and let us know when you want to start parking, we will send you a quick questionaire where you can setup your online payment (if you choose to pay online) and setup a time to meet with our manager to provide you with your assigned spot and parking tag.

How can I change my payment method?

You can always change your payment method before your monthly billing. Just follow the payment link provided in your invoice emails or contact us to make any changes.

When am I billed?

You will be billed monthly on the anniversary date of your first day of parking with us. If you started on the 19th of the month, you will be billed every 19th of the month.

How close are you to public transportation?

We are approximately 1 - 1/2 blocks from the Blue Line L Train, Division and Milwaukee stop.

How many spots can I rent?

You can rent as many spots as we have available. Please check with us on our availability as it changes monthly.

Do you have hourly parking?

We do offer hourly parking through Spot Hero. Please use the Spot Hero app to make a reservation and look for the Spot Hero reserved signs for the reserved spots.

Can I park commercial vehicles?

We may be able to accomodate commercial vehicles. Please contact us with your vehicle details for more information.
